60532 Blue Peter stands at Waterloo station on Sunday 14 August 1966. Blue Peter ran a railtour to Exeter and had steaming problems, 60532 stalled on Honiton Bank and was replaced by 70004 William Shakespear. Thanks to Des Shephard for this information .
